Title: Poinsettia
Description: An official flower that represents
Christmas. The story of this flower revolves
around a poor little girl who wanted to present
something to Jesus but had nothing to give.
However, she overheard that Jesus accepts any
form of gifts be it big or small. With that, she
went to find weeds, which was the only thing she
could afford, and with a heart of giving, she placed
the weeds under a Christmas tree. The weeds
then magically transformed into a red flower.
The story reminds us that during this festive
season, rather than thinking about what kind of
gifts should we prepare, we should focus on our
heart of giving and the reasons why we give. It
also reminds us that whatever we give to our
loved ones, as long as it is a gift from the heart, it
will be accepted.
