As a preventive and wellness centre, we use sports, outdoor and expressive art activities to spark conversation, promote general well-being and cultivate mental resilience. We also engage youths and their families through outreach and value-driven activities.
Many of our activities are open to the public to encourage awareness and reduce stigma for persons with mental illness.
We offer services, including counselling and art therapy, that are integrated with expressive arts. Our integrated model helps individuals relieve stress and improve their quality of life.

Art therapy can help when words are not adequate to express or convey the feelings within. Our counsellors and professional art therapists are at hand to guide you through difficult life events and recovery from mental illness.
You may often find us at schools and workplaces conducting talks and experiential workshops, where we share the holistic benefits of expressive arts and sports on mental health.
Participants can learn how to de-stress and care for their mental health, enabling them to be more productive at work and leisure.
We are working closely with schools and community partners to reach out to youths. This includes collaborative case management for students at risk for mental health issues, as well as values-driven activities that get youths involved in the arts, drama and sports.
Youths and students can learn to improve their social skills, anger management and self-confidence through our collaborative outreach.
