At the visit, President Halimah enjoyed a drama skit performed by youth, that’s led by Youth Leader, Jaymie, and her friends. She also watched the youth participate in reflection activities that included group discussions, an energy walk and a walk through the alley of voices. A forum theatre was also put up by the youth.
The youth felt honoured, happy and inspired to have President Halimah’s presence as they took part in the activities. They were also thrilled at the opportunity to meet and chat with the President of the Republic of Singapore.
SAMH and the youth would like to express deep appreciation to President Halimah Yacob for the support shown for youth and to raise awareness about mental health.
