The Singapore Association of Mental Health (SAMH) is pleased to receive the Charity Transparency Award 2019 from the Charity Council in recognition of its transparency and good disclosure practices.
Ms Saw Seang Pin, Honorary Treasurer of SAMH, received the award from Dr Ang Hak Seng, Commissioner of Charities, at the annual Charity Transparency and Governance Awards on Tuesday, 3 December 2019.
The Charity Transparency Awards are an initiative by the Charity Council to acknowledge the excellent work of charities, while inspiring others to emulate the best practices of these charities.
All charities that meet the qualifying standards in disclosure under the Charity Transparency Framework will receive the Charity Transparency Awards for their good disclosure practices.
SAMH will continue to uphold transparency and good disclosure practices, and ensure that information is communicated to all stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.
