Every form of giving goes into our life-long commitment to maintain and restore mental health within our communities.

With your generous support, we can continue to promote awareness of mental health and offer more impactful programmes to the community.

Donations of $50 and above are tax deductible. Once your NRIC / FIN / UEN No. details are sent to SAMH, your donation details will be provided directly to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the donation tax deductions will be included automatically in your individual tax assessment.

CROWDFUNDING FOR SAMH

Be a Mental Health Champion and Challenge Yourself. Raise Awareness for Mental Health Today. Start your own peer-to-peer fundraiser and rope in your family & friends for a good cause.

To fundraise for SAMH, an individual or corporate may do so via crowdfunding platforms Giving.sg & Give.Asia.

Registered Organisations in Singapore with a valid UEN number can create an account on Giving.sg under “Other Organisations & Groups”. Follow the steps on this manual guide on how to setup a corporate account with Giving.sg

In a crowdfunding campaign, the money goes to SAMH and not directly to the fundraiser.

Other Ways to Give

There are lots of other ways you can support SAMH and make a difference.

CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

The mental health journey is continuous, and it is multifaceted. Therefore, this means we cannot solely leave the importance, awareness and understanding of mental health to the professionals. We will need a holistic approach and sustained partnerships with the community to continue the work. Supporting efforts can begin with engaging SAMH to conduct talks and workshops to raise mental health literacy within your community, followed by the initiation of volunteering, social media, and staff fundraising campaigns as a call to action. These efforts continue to help shape conversations around mental health and encourage empathy and compassion. Contact us at fundraising@samhealth.org.sg for more information on strategic partnership.

DONATION IN-KIND

Partner us by making in-kind donations. However, these will be subject to approval. If you wish to donate, here are some suggested items, which include, but are not limited to:

  • supermarket/meal vouchers
  • prizes or healthy snacks for events/celebrations
  • sponsoring an outing for beneficiaries
  • vehicles
  • furniture

The above items will be evaluated and received on a case-by-case basis, based on our beneficiaries needs. Please email us at fundraising@samhealth.org.sg to find out more.
