YouthReach provides psychosocial support and recovery programmes for youths with emotional, psychological, and psychiatric issues in the community. Our staff work with youths and their families to empower them to achieve their goals and live in a safe, caring, and inclusive community.
Purpose:
You will work with youths, families, and the community to enhance family strengths and resources to provide a better functioning society. By providing case management, counselling, service linkage and coordination in support of youth with mild to moderate mental health concerns in the community. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with various sources to help the reintegration of clients in need back to the community. The community will also benefit from your knowledge as you conduct outreach programmes and reduce mental illness’ stigma. We hope that you will join us in making a difference to the Youths of Singapore.
