Teamwork either with immediate colleagues and/or from other departments of SAMH.
Networking and maintaining cohesive partnership with external partners involved in the project.
Oversee aspects of projects. Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Facilitating sessions in relation to the project. This aspects will involve direct work to be done with beneficiaries of SAMH.
Ability to use art as therapy in the sessions and projects.
Able to work on certain weekends or evenings when required.
Able to use other modalities such as dance, music, play, drama and others together with the arts.
Clinical practice: Art Therapy (Centre base and external partners)
Provide individual art therapy for participants/beneficiaries of SAMH who experience mental wellness concerns.
Maintaining cohesive partnership with external partners who procure our art therapy services.
Attend and participate in networking sessions.
Administrative and operations work as part of clinical practice.
Clinical supervision will be provided by SAMH.
Masters in Art Therapy
1-2 years of working experience with community based programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to speak a mother tongue language.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of mental health landscape and social sector within Singapore.
Interested in / Awareness of how the Arts and Sports can support healthy mental wellbeing.
