Programme Executive at Creative MINDSET Hub

SAMH Creative MINDSET Hub uses art, writing, music and dance as a form of therapy for participants of all ages to explore and express their feelings. Our activities include creative therapeutic interventions, individual art therapy and counselling with creative approaches.

Purpose

Looking for a meaning job with a true purpose, join us in making a difference as a Programme Executive. You will support SAMH Creative Services for programmes and events, as well as facilitate individual and group sessions through Arts and Sports. Be part of our team and change someone’s life for the better.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on daily operation matters and administration processes.
  • Plan and implement programmes/projects catered for various target audience to meet different goals, with the application of clinical and therapeutic framework and theories of mental health and illness.
  • Active participation in team discussions in all areas including management of clients
  • Plans, coordinates, and guides volunteers to carry out programme activities/projects/events that serves to value add the organisational goals and the care plan of individuals in recovery.
  • Assist in research, evaluating and reporting of programmes/projects/events and establish and maintain programme/event/project timelines and priorities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver suitable programmes/projects/events for the community.
  • Assist Head to identify and resolve operational issues, complaints, and feedbacks
  • Aid in process and programme review with Head to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.
  • Plan and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Travelling in between SAMH centres to facilitate programme/project is expected.
  • Assist in the design and publicity of SAMH communications and media plans
  • Ensure all rooms remains clean, tidy, and conducive for sessions & therapy
  • Keep records of case files and ensure client’s artworks are stored securely and safely.
  • To attend monthly supervision (review cases, submit video, case recordings, wellbeing, timelines etc.)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Sports Management, music or related field
  • 2 – 3 years of work experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Project Management, Programme Development
  • Able to converse in dialects and mandarin is preferred
  • Open to feedback, initiative, responsible and a team player
