Job Scope:
Job Description & Requirements
SAMH manages the Mindset Learning Hub – a “one-stop” centre” that provides vocational training job preparation, personalised coaching, traineeship, psycho-social case management, job matching, placement services & post-employment follow-up for Persons-In-Recovery (PIRs).
PURPOSE
To provide support, guidance, coaching and supervision of Persons-In-Recovery (PIR) in vocational training. To undertake coaching and monitoring of progress of PIRs in traineeship, job trial, On the Job training (OJT) or employment.
This job will also require you to work closely with training staff and caseworkers in developing socio-emotional resilience in PIRs for skills development, motivation and readiness for employment & job sustenance.
