IT Applications Executive

Reporting to the Corporate Services Director, this position will oversee the full spectrum of IT, and provide support to the whole association. One of the projects would be implementing CRM software using Salesforce.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate, implement and support of new application systems
  • Ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order
  • Implementation, support and maintenance of various database systems
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 applications
  • Implement, configure and support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce, Microsoft and others
  • Conduct user training
  • Manage and protect devices by ensuring periodic update of security and antivirus updates
  • Provide end user technical support and troubleshooting software issues, including Microsoft Office 365, MS Office, Windows 10
  • Manage and troubleshoot company website issues

Technical Competencies:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology/Systems
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Core Competencies:

  • Able to develop good working relationship with all levels of users
  • Able to work independently and self-directed
  • Possesses good working knowledge of database systems
  • Experience in optimization on CRM systems and managing CRM enhancement requirements
  • Good knowledge of cloud technologies, as well as commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products and solutions relating to CRM
