HR Temp (6 Months Contract)

Job Description:

  • Housekeeping and archiving the old files, unpack of HR boxes
  • Handle recruitment process- Jobs posting, arrangement of interviews, liaise with recruitment vendors & agencies, etc
  • Update hiring reports
  • Check, process and manage staff Medical & Dental claims usage
  • Provide HR administrative support to the team
  • Creating P-files and general filing duties
  • Office admin work such as ordering of stationery and office supplies, name cards, printing of meeting notes, refreshments for meetings, liaising with vendors for office equipment maintenance when required, despatch of documents, etc
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized and can prioritize and execute tasks effective

Work Location: Potong Pasir

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
