MINDSET Learning Hub (MLH) is a collaboration between the Jardine Matheson Group of companies MINDSET Care Limited and the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH). MLH aims to provide Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) training and employment placement, in industries such as cleaning, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare support and retail, for Persons-In-Recovery.
Purpose:
If you have a passion to serve the community, this is a job for you. As a Head/Deputy Head for MINDSET Learning Hub, the appointee will oversee MINDSET Learning Hub and be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient running of the vocational rehabilitation programme in the centre and lead a team in supporting persons-in-recovery through case management, skills coaching and training, leading to employment placements.
