Case Worker/Social Worker at Mobile Support Team (COMIT)
SAMH manages the Mobile Support Team (MST), it is a community based allied health-led team which provides psycho-social therapeutic interventions for clients with mental health needs and support for their caregivers to maintain client’s wellbeing in the community.
Purpose
Responsible for the provision of case management services and support for persons in recovery from mental health conditions/possible mental health conditions, and their caregivers.
