Case Worker at SAMH Group Homes
Group Homes is an independent living facility for people with mental health conditions who have a desire to be gainfully employed, develop communal living and independent living skills, as well as strengthen their ability to integrate into the community.
Purpose:
The case worker is expected to possess good knowledge of social work practices and mental health. He/She is able to communicate well, be caring and able to motivate residents towards rehabilitation for eventual independent living in the community.
