SAMH coordinates talks and workshops for various organizations that are keen to have talks or workshops for their members. Below is a list of some of the topics that are available.

  • Getting Up from Feeling down
  • Stress Management
  • Breaking Free from Depression
  • Helping Someone through Tough Times
  • Mental Wellness
  • Understanding Mental Health and Mental Illness

Charges
For talks or workshops that are catered for less than 30 people, there will be a charge of $150 per hour. For talks or workshops that are for more than 30 people, the charge will be $250 per hour. This is for the payment of the speaker engaged. The requesting organization will need to arrange for the venue and other logistical requirements.
